FAQs

Are you going to scrape my Dutchie page?▾

No. Scraping a partner POS would violate their Terms of Service. Bud Link only ingests data you give us (CSV, JSON feed, or a partner API key).

Will my menu show up immediately?▾

Yes. CSV uploads are processed in seconds and JSON feeds within 20 min. Partner APIs sync as soon as we receive your retailer credentials.

What if my POS isn't on the list?▾

That's the whole point of the CSV path. Treez, Flowhub, Greenbits, BLAZE, Cova, Mister Yum, Square — they all export to CSV.

Does Pennsylvania law allow listing prices online?▾

Yes for medical dispensaries that are openly published their menus. Bud Link only shows what you publish to us. We do not advertise discounts your shop hasn't approved.

Can I opt out of search results temporarily?▾

Yes — toggle "Listing visible" off in your dashboard's Profile tab. Your shop disappears from search within a minute.
